Sandra is an empathetic mind/body practitioner who supports her clients with a variety of modalities – 1:1 & group coaching, meditation, yoga, sound healing, Reiki energy healing, and somatic release techniques – so they can live their most balanced and fulfilled lives.

SKM Wellness was born out of Sandra’s desire to help individuals see themselves, hear themselves and put themselves first in a world filled with so much noise, chaos and distractions.  Working with Sandra, you’ll first and foremost connect with the one and only YOU.  Together, you’ll set goals that fit into the fabric of your life right now, realize your life purpose, and work to live free from the fears your ego instills upon you.  To top it all off, you’ll learn to relax deeply and meaningfully.  Whether that means engaging in sound baths, or learning to meditate in a way that resonates with you, you’ll have the tools you need to consistently come back to yourself.
