ModernZenCo exists because we know how powerful it is to feel supported while you evolve. The wellness community changed our lives. It gave us friendship, courage, perspective, and belonging. We created this space to offer that same sense of connection and expansion to others.

Lizzy made one of her biggest manifestations a reality: selling her family’s home in Fort Worth and stepping fully into a nomadic lifestyle. She now travels the country in an RV with her husband, their two children, and their dogs, moving to different locations for her husband’s work and embracing the freedom she once only envisioned. It was a dream that came together in divine timing.
Nikki, after a decade living in downtown Chicago, now calls the North Shore of Chicago home. She lives with her fiancé and their two beloved cats (who came as part of the package when they moved in together). She teaches yoga locally within her community, practices Reiki with clients across the country, and runs a recruiting agency, a combination she lovingly calls her balance of left brain and right brain. Structure and spirit. Organization and the “woo.”

ModernZenCo was born from a shared leap of faith.
We’re Lizzy Sutton and Nikki Sucevic, co-founders, friends, and believers in purpose-led living. Our paths crossed inside the Rose Gold Goddesses community on the Sahara Rose platform, where we were placed in the same small group. What began as a simple pairing quickly turned into an instant soul-recognition friendship.
We bonded over our love for holistic wellbeing, conscious living, challenging the norm, and having the courage to follow our dreams.
By the time we met, we had already stepped away from our corporate careers. We found ourselves in the in-between, the discovery phase of what was next. Both of us were teaching yoga on the side, following nudges we couldn’t ignore, and listening more closely to our intuition. We weren’t rushing toward a new title. We were allowing something more aligned to unfold.
